DURAVOLTA is a newly developed, halogenfree, and flame-retardant polypropylene, made in Germany. It offers an ideal alternative to well-known materials such as Formex GK, Formex GK-10 , Formex GK-17, Formex GK-30, and Formex GK-40.

Additionally, we are able to offer sheet goods up to 100 mm thick, roll goods up to 1,00 mm thick, as well as granulate and finished parts (stamped, milled, injection moulded and thermoformed parts).

. Processing Options

DURAVOLTA is mainly supplied as rolls and sheets and can be easily converted into 2D and 3D finished parts

The processing options include

Punching/Cutting:

  • Flatbed or rotary punching
  • CNC cutting table
  • CNC laser or water jet cutting

Milling with a CNC

Bending/Folding:

  • Manual bending after pre-embossed bend lines
  • Manual or hydraulic folding presses

Other Processes:

  • Printing and labeling
  • Embossing of bend lines or logos
  • Laminating with other materials such as copper
  • Laminating with double-sided adhesive tape
  • Simple thermal forming
  • Deep drawing with a machine
